I am glad to hear these scholars are speaking up against the organization that held me in deseption. It has been three years now since I have stepped foot in thier meeting place here in Chicago. I pray for “the Local Church” participants almost daily. I know attend a baptist church on the North Side of Chicago, this church unlike what I experienced at the “local church” does not claim to be God’s favorite or hold a lofty opinion of themselves, they do not claim to be the only ones God is using in the city of chicago. I am also now encouraged to study scripture on my own and not be co dependent on anyone elses opinions or comments. (I was never encouraged to study the bible apart from using the recovery bible or some other commentary by Witness Lee or Watchmen Nee.) I thank God for these 60 men who have decided to hold the “local Churches of Witness Lee accountable. I also thak God for His Holy Spirit working in my life through His scriptures.

Bill, thanks for the comment but i should note that I provide a scan of the prophecy from an earlier edition of the book.
I also provide a scan of a later edition of the book from which the prophecy is, in fact, missing.
Moreover, my blog on the Baha’i is not mere about this one issue.

My name is Jamen Denton and I spent the first ten years of my life in JPUSA. My father is Jim Denton (formerly of Rez Band) and my mother is Jeanne Denton. I must admit that I have somewhat mixed feelings about my own expirience with the community, and often wonder what some of my childhood friends are up to. “Pastor” Otis is a fraud who has made career out of writing horror stories about Freemasonry to scare a hardcore evangelical audience into buying his books. Perhaps one might ask him what he does with the royalties (paid by the self same evangelicals), or the fees he gets for his scare mongering talks to the gulible. How many fewer starving children are there for those fees?

I want a “Watchtower witness” to show where other human beings under the New covenant are commanded to “worship” (obisence) anyone other than God! (Luke 4: Since God Himself commands Jesus to be worshipped (Heb 1:6), Jesus must be equal with God!

Please don’t try and use Rev 3:9ff for it is clearly figurative. For when is a christian ever going to be a literal “pillar in the temple?”
